Meet...

Harker (black berkie)  and Little My (silverfawn hooded) :D

Harker is named after Mina Harker from Dracula, a pretty but dark name (plus its hard to get good pictures of her haha)
Little My is named after the character from the Moomins. She is small but determined and gutsy. 

I also made a signature picture for websites featuring my girls. I wanted to add all 12 rats but it would of been too big :(

Explorer Upgrade 2

So I decided to take the middle out of my explorer, after seeing other set ups without one. I want to get the girls to climb more. They seem to be enjoying it, except Pink, who is sulking about it. I want more ropes for the cage, but for now I'm happy with it. I made two myself out of plaited fleece. When I can get hold of a washing line I will try and make a cargo net :D

Happy 3rd Birthday Quinn!

My "little" Quinn is 3 today! He is my oldest ever rat! He doesnt even act three, apart from the HLD. Made him some yummy stuff from the Scuttling Gourmet, going to share it amongst the rats...Hope they like it lol..

Quinn is being a little iffy with his eating, so I have made him a puree as something nice to tempt him. Plus the others will get it on occasion, there was loads so it went in the freezer. It contains peas, green beans, broccoli, carrot, potato, curly kale, pearl barley and a clove of garlic. It looks vile but it has gone down quite well :D
Looking at other things he can eat for variety, the scuttling gourmet has come in very useful, I dont know how I did without it.

So it has been a while since I posted here :c oops.
The gingers are now nearly 12 weeks old and are massive. Still very silly girls, they playfight loads and get Luna and Aeon to join in whether they want to or not. Think we might have some wannabe alphas.
